ingredients:
1Trotter or Pork(Sam Chan Bak)
5 pcs of Garlic whole
Kayn Manis(little bit)
Light and Thick Soya Sauce
enough water to cover the pork
Method:cook all ingredients together inside the pot till it's soft.Lastly you can add in either egg,Elephant ear or beancurd
