Ingredients:
2 bowls of rice
3 Chicken thighs,deboned and cubed
50g button mushrooms
50g of dried mushroom
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 whole garlic
1 tbsp light soya sause
1 tbsp dark soya sause
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tpsp Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew
Pepper
chicken stock
2 bowls of water
Method:
Wash rice and let it dry first. Marinade all the ingredients for about half an hour. Stir fry the rice with the ingredients for a 5 minutes. Then pour the rice and ingredients into the rice cooker and add water. Serve when the rice is cooked
